The experience typically begins at approximately 10:00 AM at your hotel or another agreed location in central Tokyo.
Travel to Akihabara forms part of the overall guided experience and duration.
The experience normally concludes at approximately 5:30 PM in Nakano or another agreed central Tokyo location.
A direct Akihabara meeting may also be arranged when operationally preferable.
The journey uses walking and Tokyo’s public transportation system.
Transportation fares are not included and are paid directly by guests.
The transfer between Akihabara and Nakano forms part of the guided experience and duration.
Taxis may be used when appropriate but are generally unnecessary for the standard route.
